Welcome to Patenty.ai. We provide a copilot to assist in writing high quality patents for attorneys and inventors (“you”).
To provide our Services we need to collect some of your data, whether you are using https://www.patenty.ai (“Site”) or our patent copilot (‘Platform’) (our “Services”).
This Privacy and Cookies Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) is intended to inform you about our practices regarding the collection and use of your data that you may submit to us through our website.
This Privacy Policy should be read alongside, and in addition to the Terms & Conditions.

(B) This Privacy Policy was last modified on 1st December 2025 and may be updated to reflect changes in legislation.
You can always find the most recent version on our Site. If we make substantial changes, we will try to provide at least a 30-day notice prior to any changes taking effect.

We delete information that we learn is collected from a person under the age of 18 without verified parental consent.

2.1 Personal Data We may collect and process your names, email address, payment information and any other data that identifies you, provided by you voluntarily when you use our Services.

9.1 We take all reasonable security measures (encryption, firewalls, secure facilities) to protect personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction.
