These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the AI-powered patent practice platform service ("Service") provided by Patenty Inc. ("Company"), and establish the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.

These Terms apply between the Company and Users regarding the use of the Service.
The Company may amend these Terms when necessary, and amended Terms take effect after prior notice.
The Company may add, modify, or discontinue features to improve service quality, with prior notice as a general principle.
Membership registration is required for service use, and accurate information must be provided.
Any changes to information provided during registration must be updated immediately.

The Service is provided 24/7 year-round in principle, but may be temporarily suspended in unavoidable cases such as system maintenance.
Paid services are processed through billing key-based automatic payments and charged automatically according to subscription cycle (monthly/annual). Subscriptions can be canceled at any time without contract periods or penalties.
Full refunds are available within 7 days of subscription if credits are unused (less than 10% used). Once credit usage begins, refunds are restricted per Article 17, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Electronic Commerce Act. Prorated refunds for unused periods are provided upon immediate cancellation. Separately purchased credits are non-refundable.
All intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company.
Users retain rights to content they create, but are deemed to grant the Company limited usage rights for service provision.
The Company protects users' personal information in accordance with relevant laws. For details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.
The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.
Users must verify the accuracy and completeness of information or materials obtained through the Service.
AI Service Notice: AI-generated content is for reference only, and direct use without expert review is not recommended.
The Company is liable only for damages caused by its intentional or gross negligence, and compensation shall not exceed the service fees paid by the user.
Disputes related to service use shall be governed by Seoul Central District Court and Korean law.
Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and general practices.
